Wakeboarding stretches?

When I wakeboard, I get tired very easily. My legs start hurting after a minute or so. My hands start hurting from holding the rope, and my arms start hurting a little bit while riding. What are some things I can do to prevent this or to help me not hurt?

  1. i am not hurting while riding but I am sometimes sore after, particularly my arms.

    try to keep the handle near your hips, this keeps you from feeling like your getting your arms pulled out.  Also, both palms are down on the handle.  i have seen people with odd grips before...

  2. if your arms hurt you dont have the body position correct. buy a great handle. its worth the cash to help your hands. as far as the legs... practice. ride longer each time. stretch properly before & after.
