Lately I've been waking up in the middle of the night and my mind is racing with thoughts and ideas; I can't fall back asleep and I get incredible restless leg syndrome. Is this insomnia.

  1. Yes, this is insomnia. Try changing your pre- sleep routine:

    1. Eat a cracker and a slice of turkey about an hour before bedtime. Turkey contains tryptophan, the compound that makes us sleepy.

    2. Drink chamomile tea.

    3. Turn off all news and electronic devices 2 hour before bed time. Do not answer the phone 2 hours before bedtime

    4. Read a relaxing novel just before bed. This will give your brain something else to focus on in the middle of the night.

  2. This is not insomnia. You are having supernatural experiences!

Your racing thoughts are as a result of spiritual interactions, both while in the conscious and unconscious states.

Your restless leg syndrome (often called RLS) is nothing more than the feeling of a spirit (ghost) in physical contact. As proof, let me suggest the following: when this next occurs try thinking to the unseen spirit (no, I'm not kidding) that you'd like it to fly through your legs in circles. You need not form your thoughts in words, it will know what you are thinking. Then think to it that you'd like it to reverse direction. Finally, try extending a hand and thinking to the spirit that you'd like it to touch your hand.

One final suggestion; do not be afraid - it's not there to hurt you.

  3. Don't know exactly, but make sure you have no caffeine w/in 4-6 hours of bedtime & no chocolate or sugar w/in about an hour or two of bedtime.  Sounds like stress also.  However, if you truly have RLS, it could be a side-effect or manifestation of RLS.

  4. If you are a woman, I'd say you

    were going thru "the change"

  5. your getting possessed by the devil.  you should watch out.
