Question:

Waking up early in the mornings..plz help!!?

ok so i start soon in a couple weeks an i have to get up a little bit b4 6am ..the thing is i can never get up that early without falling back asleep!=[

this summer i have been goin to bed around 3am an when i try to go to bed early i cant fall asleep an when i get up i can never stay up

does anyone have some tips for me on falling alseep an waking up early!!

  1. I have the same problem, and i start school in a few days! Dont jump from going to bed at 3 to 10 or whatever. Ease your way to going to bed the and then wake up earlier and earlier each day. I do this every year about two weeks before school starts and by the time it does i'm awake and not too mean to everyone lol. hope i helped


  2. Start a week before you are due to go back to school to give you time to get used to   this, Go to bed  8-9 hours  before you want to get up  .STAY in bed, whether you sleep or not

    1: Drink a BIG glass of water before you go to bed, your bladder will wake you up in the morning.

    2:Set an alarm clock  for the time you need to get up and  put it on the other side of your  room (not next to your bed) so you have to get out of bed to stop the alarm

    3: Set a second alarm clock for 10 minutes later (again put it on the other side of the room) just in case you are tempted to go back to bed.

    4: Get dressed and make the bed as soon as you get up.

    5: If you can move your bed so  you get the morning sun in your face and sleep with the curtains open , the sunlight will wake you up.

    The first few days you will literally have to drag yourself around, you will be SOOOO tired, but after the first day you will fall in to bed exhausted and the second day will be a little easier. After a week - 10 days tops you should be in to your  new routine

  3. I can understand, i never got up on time and was always late even at 16 i think i cryed to not go! haha. At 20 years old i still sleep in and i just got to understand my body wants to sleep in no matter what time i go to bed. But, at your age you gotta get up. Try practicing before school starts. I always took showers in the morning to wake my butt up. If you have something to look forward to that day at school either it be a crush or whatever it might be try to think of something, even an after school activitie. Ans, 6am is really early! but, everyone in your school can do it you can do it, right?

  4. coffee in the morning.. green tea at night.

  5. Have your parents come to your room a wake you up

  6. Force yourself to get in the shower, it really helps! =)
