  1. Get an alarm clock that has that horrible, annoying BEEP BEEP BEEP. Find one that's really loud. Nothing like that sound to wake you up. Or turn up the volume of whatever you have.

You might try going to bed a bit earlier, too, so that you won't be that "out" when it's time to get up.

  2. well, use a CD player or phone with music, or some sort of thing to play a song with extreme base, and turn it all the way up... I play Taylor Swift "picture to burn, and the beginning of that makes me jolt awake upright in bed.

  3. First of all go to bed nice and early don't go to bed to late if you do it will be way harder to get up. When going to bed tell yourself I have to get up early no matter what I am thinking in the morning remember to force myself to wake up. Next set your alarm clock  as far away from you as possible but still close enough to hear it loud enough to wake you up. Make sure your alarm clock does not turn off after a couple minutes.

Right now you may be kind of in your sleep turing your alarm clock off, if you set the clock  across the room to get the annoying sound off you have to get out of bed.

Then do not make your bed as your first morning chore because you may go back to sleep, get dressed and brush your teeth first then once your fully awake make your bed.

  4. get an alarm where you have to get out of bed to stop it

the one that shoots something in the air and you have to find it!! to stop it

    good l;uck!

  5. Put the alarm clock on a table/dresser across the room from you.  That way you can't hit the snooze bar.

  6. sounds like you may need a better sleep routine, and set your "body clock".

-get to bed at a reasonable hour, the same or nearly the same most nights

-get 8+ hours of sleep (most important, esp. if you are a teen)

-wake up at the same time every morning (yeah, even weekends).

If you find it hard to fall asleep at night, find a routine that makes you drowsy, tea, or reading.  it may take a couple weeks, but getting up will get easier.

  7. Prepare yourself the night before. Get plenty of sleep and do a pep talk to yourself saying I WILL WAKE UP TO MY ALARM.

I have to do this every night or I dont wake up either.

    ALSO

drinking some water before bed usually helps me..by the morning I have to go BADDDD

  8. How about a friend stopping by in the morning beatin the h**l out of your bedroom window, which in return will scare the h**l out you????????

  9. Call a friend and have them come over and shake you awake in the morning! Give them a house key so they can let themselves in. There must be a nice neighbor lady of friend close by.
