I have been waking up several times a night, 3 or 4 nights a week for about 4 months now. Its not like I am scared or had a bad dream. I wake with heart beating so fast to where it feels like I am going to lose my breathe. Shaking all over to where I can not even walk. After I calm down some I get sick to my stomach and have threw up several times. This leaves me to where I am really weak and not well. I am not afraid when i wake up. I know where I am. It is Not like having bad dreams. I am only describing this to the best I can but it is much worse than words can express. I can't keep going on like this. If anyone has any thoughts on this matter, advice to give. Just to say I live in a very safe secure place with good people (family) all around me. Help me in some way!
