Question:

Waking up with a sore throat?

Every morning I wake up with a sore throat! It doesn't last long, but it's still VERY uncomfortable. I know this happens to a lot of people and I know it can have multiple causes, such as allergies, snoring and not having enough humidity in the room you're sleeping in. I think mine is allergy based... I'm not sure though. My question is, how do I stop this? I wanna be comfortable in the morning. It makes waking up hard and is probably why I'm always late to school. Should I try a humidifier? Do you think it will help?

I also sleep with the room pretty cool. Could this be the cause to my problem?

  1. Your throat just gets dry at night, a humidifier helps a lot.
