We canceled an order we placed online with them about 2 weeks ago when they charged it to us twice (over $400). After much trouble, we got them to refund the charges. Now, when we thought it was all settled and done, we find that they have charged another $209!! Customer service is rude and unhelpful, and of course billing is closed today. We needed that money for a festival we are planning to attend today!!
Has anyone had a similar experience, or is there something we can do apart from getting the money back?
