Wal Mart complaint?

How do I make a complaint about a crazy employee at Wal-Mart with out having to drive back and possibly having to see that lady again?

The easiest way is to call the store and ask to speak to the store manager.  The phone # and name of mgr. is on your receipt.  If they aren't available, speak to an assistant.

i mee crazy employees at wally world all the time go to www.walmart.com and use the store locater to find the walmart the incident happened at the get the number for said store then call and complain away (i dont know if walmarts number is in the phone book so check there oo)

Call the store and get the email address of the Manager & email him or her, otherwise you can write ans send it via snail mail.   you can also copy the local better Business Bureau or equvalent local organization.

go to their web site  and email customer service   do you know her name    be shure about the facts   time of day    her name  what she did   dont get the wrong person in trouble   or just let it go   thats a tough job   maybe she is just  stressed   and overworked ?   margaretd
