Wal-Mart photos? (effects available?)?

I was wondering if anyone knew if you can take in your digital camera to Wal-Mart and do different things to the picture before you printed them out? like make them black and white or different effects like that?

yes, they have some special effects like that....if you are looking to truly manipulate it, you will need to do that kind of editing on your pc before bringing the file to the store.
