Wal mart moneycard????

ok I am like totally stressing out...I just purchased one and it wont let me get my personalized card until I fax them my social security number and something else....they said I can use my temporary card for now and I have. do they take the 4.95 out of my amount already on the card or do I pay it a different way? please help!

also what does pending status mean?
