You see people all the time in the front of WalMart giving carwashes and selling cookies and stuff like that

Do you have to have a permit or something from WalMArt saying you can do that

  1. Yes...and it obviously has to be part of a fund raiser or they're most likely not going to give you permission.

  2. you dont need a permit..however you do have to have walmarts permission and it must be a honest charity.walmart gladly encourages charities in front of their store...thats why you see salvation army at walmart during christmas holidays and not at a  certain other store (ahem clears throat )  that will not allow any charities in front of their store.however they must get in touch with the associate (s) that handles the charity paperwork for each particular store and find out if there is an opening for that time period

  3. I believe so....otherwise it's loitering!

  4. Yep, they are usually for non profit orgs. All you have to do is talk to the store manager a few days before hand. He should give you permish if there is no one else booked.

  5. Exactly, it has to be a fundraiser and you do need permission from wal-mart to do such fundraisers on the premises. Normally it would be fundraisers for churches, schools, and other non profit organizations.
