Wales vs. England: England record two goal win over the Welsh – Euro 2012 qualifiers
Wales played host to England at the Millennium stadium, in a European qualifier clash between the two sides. Despite looking stronger than ever, the Welsh went on to suffer a two goal to nil loss at the hands of the English. Frank Lampard and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Darren-Bent-c10358

net.

In the 60th minute Wales managed to muster their first real offensive threat in the game. After a poor pass by Johnson found its way to Morison, it seemed like the Welsh player was bound to score. However Terry went on to get across just in time
to muscle the player off the ball and save England from conceding a goal.
However two minutes later a poor header by Terry played the Welsh on once again. Ramsey decided to take his chance in front of goal, however his effort managed to just fizz past the post.
During the 66th minute Cole rushed across on the counter, however Vaughan managed to slide in just in time to save the Welsh from being broken against and as a result, the attack fizzled out.
In the 90th minute of the game, the last chance fell Downing’s way, as the player zipped into the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wales-c3041 area and went on to beat Henessey with an effort, but his shot also managed to just beat the post. The match ended with England taking a two
goal victory over Wales.
At the end of the ninety minutes, Young was awarded the Man of the Match award for his brilliant display in the game and his vital contribution in both of the goals scored by the English.
