Walgreens and Snapfish Photo Question!?

When ever I try to upload my pictures on Walgreens.com only 5 show up in the album! I clicked 20! Almost the same thing on Snapfish.com is happening. On snapfish though, the album doesn't show up at all! CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG????? Please help me! I have used up almost an hour clicking and REclicking what pictures I want them to devlop. Its not working! HELP ME!!!! Thank you in advance!
