Tottenham Hotspur’s defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Kyle-Walker-c21566 has gone on to admit that he is well aware of the threat that Chelsea pose and has urged his team to not get carried away in their upcoming FA Cup game.
Chelsea and Tottenham are set to take on each other in the semi final of the FA Cup, with both the teams looking to progress, in order to salvage their season.
However, with Chelsea still fighting it out in the Champions League, Tottenham will be looking to give it their all, considering they have no other trophy to compete for.
Despite this fact, Walker has gone on to admit that the game against Chelsea is going to be a rather tough one and that it is going to have to be interesting for him to help out with the defence and the attack simultaneously.
When talking about the game, the youngster is quoted to have said: “Chelsea have fantastic players, but for me it's the full-backs bombing on. It's difficult when you have people overloading you. You've got to worry about your man [the winger] and about
your full-back as well.”
He then went on to claim that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 had, since he was always helping out with the attack, but managed to make it back in time to help with the defence.
Walker then insisted that it would be his biggest achievement to try and replicate that sort of form and level of performance for his side.
"He's forever in the box," says Walker. "That's what I want to bring into my game. If I can force my winger backwards it just comes down to who's fitter and I like to think I'm pretty fit.
"I just want to get forward and excite people by attacking," he added.
However, he conceded that the opportunity to do this against Chelsea may be restricted.
"I just think I have to be a defender, if I can attack it's a bonus."
