thats a funny question. if you want to blow off steam because you are just that pissed it wouldn't take all that long since you'd likely end up speed walking or jogging

I walk fairly fast-not a jog though, just a walk. Its a 40 minute route and up and down hills for a total of 2-2.3 miles a morning
