Walking all day and my left feet in pain plz help asap!

Ok ive been on my feet all day for some carnival and now my left feet is in pain .... at first it was hurting bad that i could not walk on it but it comes of and on

what is wrong ???

  1. Is this the first time it hurt? if it is on the sides of your foot or heal it could be plantar fascitis. The best thing to do is ice it and massage it.
