will it flatten your stomach? what will it make your body look like?

im addicted to walking whenever i get stressed i walk, i've walked 5 miles today

  1. Walking is one of the best exercises you can do as it doesn't put that much of a strain on your muscles, but still gets the old heart pumping. Of course, the faster you walk, the better!

    It certainly will flatten your stomach if you walk frequently enough and eat heathily, accompany this will a few sit-ups several times a week and you'll be laughing!

    Walking, in my opinion, is the best exercise you can do. It's great for physical health but i believe is amazing also for mental health. When you're out in the open air walking it's the perfect way to relax and clear your mind of any nagging worries you may have....it's better than a hot bath with candles xxxxxx


  2. walking is very good,depending on your tummy size,if you exercise holding in your tummy in at intervals,it reduces gradually.it works for me.or wear a girdle round your waist while working out.

  3. running/jogging is alot more effective exercise.

  4. I recommend walking 10 miles a day. Although the downside is that by the end of the week you are 70 miles away from home.
