  1. I play better when I walk. Plus I save money for not using the cart.

  2. I take five strokes off of my round by walking. I stay looser, i hit the ball cleaner, and i don't make as many mental errors. My putting is the only constant. Bad to worse than my game. But, if i walk, i do hit shots closer to the hole.

  3. That's cool that you shoot better when you walk as do your compatriots. However the recent issue of Golf Digest disputed the " walk is better for scoring " theory. First we take the PGA tour players out of the equation for they are required to walk. For the club amateurs the study said players scored better when they rode.

  4. I enjoy walking but it is a workout.  I usually go around twice.  The feet hurt, the legs hurt, dehydration sets in.  Aside from that, it's great.

  5. I prefer to walk

    It is very comfortable
