Wall hung toilet not flushing?

Just installed a wall hung toilet and it is not flushing. When I flush it fills with water and drains very slowly. What could be the problem?

Most likely a blockage - perhaps the gasket is askew.  You'll probably have to pull it back off to see what's up.

Does the toilet have proper venting on the waste pipe.  The vent should be on the pipe and exit through the roof.  If a vent was not installed, you are most likely experiencing vapor lock where the toilet's gravity flush can not overcome the air pressure.........call a plumber and get your pipes up to code.
