Wall mounted clothing racks?

Question

I'm redoing a wall of my room and transforming it into an open closet, so I need shelves with clothing racks to hang stuff on. This is sort of what I'm looking for, except white (to match) and not so steep a price. /:

They have cheaper, white ones at Home Depot. They are metal, and come in a whole range of sizes.
