Wallabies' Kurtley Beale warns All Blacks of severe treatment- Rugby News
Wallabies full-back, Kurtley Beale, has warned the All Blacks of severe treatment in their upcoming clash of Tri-Nations Cup on August 6, in Wellington. Beale expressed his views while talking to reporters on August 1 and said that the Wallabies have got
good enough depth in their squad to dispatch any side in the world. Both squads are well prepared for their second match of the tournament after winning their opening games against the Springboks.
The Australian team started off their Tri-Nations journey in a great fashion after receiving a humiliating defeat by the meagre side of Samoa on July 17. The world number 10 Samoa outclassed the Australians in their season opener test by a massive difference
of 32-23 at ANZ Stadium.
The Wallabies were taken to class by their local media and were declared arrogant. However, they got back their rhythm quite quickly and thumped the Boks by 39-20 in the inaugurating match of the trilateral tournament.
Talking about his team, Kurtley Beale said that after the stunning victory over the Boks, the Wallabies are feeling great and hopefully they will keep up the momentum against the All Blacks. He further said that victory has boosted the boys’ confidence and
they are geared up to crush any other team on earth.
Beal supported his arguments while saying that, “There's certainly a lot of confidence with the boys, not too much cockiness but just confidence there that we know we have the ability to actually go out there and tear any team apart. It's just a matter of
getting our minds right and not being carried away with ourselves”
While talking about the All Blacks, Beale said that real effort will be required to defeat the New Zealanders. He added that, “There are no short cuts against a side like (New Zealand) and you have to be prepared to work for it, because if you're not then
you're history. You won't even see them unless there's a huge amount of sacrifice, including from them.”
All Blacks have recalled resting players for the highly anticipated clash against the Wallabies.
