How can i create a wall in my room without adding an actual wall?

You want a divider i suspect. o to a send hand office supply place and they might have what you want

You could try hanging curtains or drapery to divide an area.  It would help to know what type of room are you thinking of here?

     You could also try to arrange the furniture to make a sort of separation of areas.
