Walmart / Kohls return question?

Would these stores let me return a new book with no receipt? It was a gift from one of these stores.

Yes, Wal-mart will let you return it without a reciept, however you will have to produce your license as the amount of the book will be placed on a store gift card.  you will not be given cash back.

Typically both of these stores will do the return (if it's an item they stock).  You will probably get a store credit in the amount of the price of the item the day it's being returned.  Don't expect to get any money back (that they won't do).

Kohls will give you a store credit - IF the book is in UNUSED condition...the credit will be for the amount is last sold for.

I'm not sure about K-ma-part.
