Walmart customer privileges?

if someone was to get charged with theft under fifty dollars at a walmart location, and was removed of their privilege to shop at that location in addition to paying a ticket and completing 25-50hrs. community service. Is the defendant eternally bannded from the location, or is there any series of events enabling a lift of the ban?

banned means you cannot go back to the location,you will be arrested if they see you on the property.

Yes, you now have to shop at Target.  If you enter a Walmart, you will be committing a criminal trespass and can be arrested.

if yu  signed an agreement with Walmart and/or the court to not go back, then you can't go back.

Yes, they have an army of professionals across all stores, with tons of technology, to keep track of who is who.

You might not get caught on this visit or that, but the consequences if you DO get caught are far worse then the case just concluded....is it worth the risk?
