Walmart item....?

There was an item in a Wal-Mart store we found, and they dont have it in stock any more. we tried searching for it online, yet it was not at the website. the product is a type of window shade. how can we get this item or the model number? who will we have to call?

first off ask the domestic associate who makes this shade..you will have to show them the box if they still sell the same brand name.they can look it up on the computer and they can also give a phone number that you can contact the company that makes ( if they cant figure out how  ask for a manager they should know how to do it ) it.also take a look at www.walmart.com they sell some shades there too,if its listed as a site to store items you can have it sent to the store of your choice and not have to pay shipping and handling hope this helps :)
