whats a good brand of masscara and eye liner i can get at walmart thats not expensive and is good

no liquid eyeliner

and no flaky masscara and clumpy

DON'T GET GREAT LASH! I bought it and it didn't work at all!

i highly recommend Neutrogina mascara (there's only one type of mascara and it's great!)

for eyeliner, Maybelline unstoppable is THE BEST! It goes on so easily and has great color that doesn't fade. It's by far the best pencil eyeliner there is! here's a pic of it.

Maybelline with the curved brush. It's only like $3.50 and works wonders!

Almay 16 hour eyeliner! it's about 6 bucks, but it seriously stays on without smudging for a super long time. and it's not liquid!

I like almay waterproof black mascara too, or the hot pink revlon one.. maxlash? it has a comb. Any mascara i've tried with a comb doesn't seem to clump at all.

I use Loreal Voluminous black waterproof mascara and whatever liner I like at the time.

maybelline masacara is amazing! cover girl eyeliner is really good the one that rolls up

I like the new covergirl mascara that comes in the orange tube, and I usually just buy the really cheap eyeliner
