Walmart returns money????

I just bought Enemy Territory "Quake Wars" and i didn't like it 1 bit. I opened the paper around the case and the case. I played it 4 like 10 minutes. Do you think I can return to Walmart ask 4 my money back and buy Resistance Fall of Man (PS3), trade it for Resistance Fall of Man, or neither???? PLEASE HELP
