Walt Disney World employees?

I had found a website online that says you can search for merchandise that you found in the park, but didnt buy at the time. Thru this website, they will look for the item you want and mail order it to you. I called and had them try to look up the item i was looking for, and she couldnt find it. The lady was quite rude, and didnt make me feel i could keep asking questions. I really want to get this certain doll for my daughters birthday. It was something she really wanted while visiting the park, and of course we put her off and told her we would get it before we left. But we never went back and got it....6 months later, she is still talking about how much she liked that doll. Can anyone help me!!?

Yes, Disney does maintain a Mail Order Merchandise department.  You can call, e-mail, or fax them to find items that you did not buy while you were at the parks.  You cannot order through a website.  I have never heard of anyone being rude there before!  I'm sorry to hear that!  But you need to give as good an explanation as possible to them, such as which store you saw it in, where it was located in the store, etc.

I'm not sure. I never really heard of being able to have the items shipped to you at home, whilst ordering it at home. I mean, I know they can ship it to your house from the parks, but I never heard of what you're doing. But, they should've been able to if you called.

My advice is if you go back, keep looking. They get lots of new items each year, but they keep a majority of them. It'll most likely still be there
