The Napoli head coach has gone on to criticise his team for their performance against Parma; but was happy with the display shown by the former Nerazzurri player.
The Neapolitan outfit sit at the top of the table after their three straight victories in their opening encounters in the Serie A.  The Partenopei outfit went into the third day of their Serie A season with a match against the Gialloblu. The Gialloblu had
a victory and a loss before going into the match, and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Roberto-c31294 Donadoni was looking to secure a victory against the Azzurri outfit who have been riding high after a successful pre season and a promising start to their Serie A campaign.
The Azzurri outfit welcomed the Gialloblu outfit to the San Paolo. The field of play has been criticised for not being up to the standards of play at the Serie A level, and has been re laid; however, the newly laid pitch still needs slight treatment, as
the pitch seemed a little stiff.
Napoli were made to sweat for maximum points at home, as they allowed Parma a whiff of hope when they scored just before the half time. Mazzarri is not pleased with the situation and has stated that he wants his team to be more lethal and kill games earlier,
and not allow the opposition a way back into the game.
The Partenopei head coach went on to state that Parma is a difficult opposition, and needs to be played against accordingly, and remarked:
“Until the result is under lock and key anything can happen, especially against a side like Parma who can always put you under pressure. We ran a pointless risk despite dominating the match and were fortunate not to be punished.”
He also lauded Pandev, remarking that the former Internazionale player is the perfect player for him, and stated:
“For my type of football, Pandev is the ideal player. He is one of the best players in Europe when it comes to setting up his teammates and I fought very hard so he could stay here.”
Pandev scored before half time, to give http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Napoli-c40003 a two goal cushion to the Partenopei.
