Wanna Help???

Question

My Youth Church group is having a southern barb Q in 2 weeks and we are trying to brain storm ideas for decorations. WE are going on a trip this summer and we need some money. So the budget isnt huge and it has to be conservative. Can you give me some ideas for the event (Food, decorations, entertainment, etc.)

Have the BBQ in a park so you dont need to decortate and you guys can sing some church/christiaan music for entertainment and have hotdogs and hamburgers for kids and adults maybe something more like bbq chicken.
