Wanna be cocktail waitress in San Francisco?

Hi! I am a 21 year old student in SF looking to make some extra money this summer as a cocktail waitress. Does anyone know what bars/hotels/companies are good for this industry ( I wish I was in vegas, id have a job in no time! lol)!!!

Virtually ALL of the restaurants and bars in San Francisco hire ONLY union members ... join the union if you want to get a job.
