  1. Well the Doc better learn math before he builds anything . 1 sq mtr = 10.76 sq ft , so you would have  a 4654.44 sq ft home. Now you have to consider building costs for the area you are in. As you did not tell us where in the world you happen to be looking , it would be almost impossible to estimate what it would cost. Do you already own the property ? If not that would also increase your costs. What are the building materials being used? All wood , wood and brick , or are you building an ECO home with recycled materials. You left to many questions unanswered in order to give you a rough estimate. Good luck

  2. Certainly the Q might best be answered by builders who relate more to Metres, but here in the US, as a meter equates to approx. 4 ft, at a build cost of approx $100 plus per sq. ft., I suspect you can do the conversion math.

Added thought: Thank you for the insult Talon. The notion was/is designed to get others to do their own calculating in part, and knowing that 1 meter equates to 44 plus inches, the suggestion in the approximation of 4 ft to a meter was accurate enough to calculate approx. costs to build,,,anywhere in the planet.

I have BUILT, for more than 45 years, and I even know how to read measurements. I just find it ludicrous that others can't or won't do their own calculations.
