Wanna cat!

I would like to get a cat. I really want a siamese cat. It will be an outside cat. Are siamese cats good outside cats? Can you have one for an outside cat? If not, what is a good breed for an outside cat? If so, yay! We can't have an inside cat because my parents are allergic. Anything really important to know about siamese cats? Or other breeds that would be a good outside cat? Any tips? Good websites to visit?

If your parents are allergic to cats i would not get any. its unfair to the cat to have to live outside (he'll just end of running away and finding a new home or gettin hit by a car) and plus even if you have the cat anywhere near you its going to affect your parents allergies. i would re think getting a cat. how about you try a fish tank? or a mouse?
