Wanna help me with a math problem?

The question says that i should solve and graph this equation: 4z+11<9x-4

how exactly would i go about doing that? i'm really confused :\

any help is welcome. thanks <3

  1. Are you sure it says 4z, and then 9x? Please clarify and I will try to help you as soon as possible.

    But in general, when you are given an inequality, change the &lt; to an = and solve for the variable. Then, you have an equation and you would just graph that curve. Then, shade in the side that the inequality represents. The short cut way of finding out which side to shade in is to test a point to the left of the curve, and see if it satisfies the equation, if yes, then shade in the left side, else, shade in the right side.
