ok well i didn't wanna play football this year because i am a freshman this year and the freshman team is like a joke in high school well at mine it is. All the older kids don't pay attention to it. So i am just gonna workout and get ready for next year. Here are my stats I am 5 Foot 7 Inches(i'll grow in the next year)14 Years old128 Pounds.I need a workout plan to get me all ready to play cornerback next year(starting). I don't got much workout equipment except a treadmill(which i run 2 miles about 3-4 times a week)A benchpressand some dumbbells. So all you fitness experts and football experts i need a workout plan and some tips on how to play cornerback. I know its gonna take a lot but i'm willing to do it. :)
