Wanna start learning acoustic guitar?

how should i go about this, i'm 15.

Believe it or not, I (and many others) think it is easier to begin on an electric, since the strings are softer and it hurts less at first as you begin to calous up ... plus, you can practice quietly without an amp when you need to do so. You can buy an electric guitar with a practice amp cheaper than an acoustic oftentimes.

    Either way, just start playing. You can get chords or tabs online and even ways to learn online. Listen to a song you like, and find the tabs or chords online and practice. Be careful with rhythm ... ask other guitarists about strumming patterns as you get better, but just do a simple downstroke at first to begin learning ... but, watch your rhythm! (Rhythm is very, very important!) Ask a well-trained guitarist about your posture and your wrist, and the way you hold your pick, also.
