Want Instant wi fi when turning on my laptop

Hi, I have a Packard Bell Easynote Argo C MZ35 laptop , is there a way to turn on the Wi Fi as soon as laptop is switched on?I have to press F2 and FN buttons first to turn on Wi Fi.Thanks
