Want Some Very Loud Speakers for my Bedroom HELP!?

Hi all,

I am looking to take my desire for loud music one step further. I want to buy some very loud speakers that i can use for my computer and as a home cinema kit. I would like to buy some DJ speakers preferably and i am currently looking at 800-1200 watts (peak) per speaker (2 of them). I do have some installation experience with in car installations but i know the terminals and connectors are different in this type of install. My PC has 8.1 HD sound output.

I would prefer passive speakers and an amp if possible (generally cheaper).

Please can i have some advice on what kit to buy (connectors, wattage etc.) and some good places to buy them from (in UK).

You will be much happyer with a home theater speakers performance then a profesinoal audio speakers.  Espically if its a regular size room.  Professional speakers are designed to be loud yes but also to have a farther through or focal point.  If you want something that can take alot of power look into high end like martin logan, mcintosh labs, B&W, or sonos faber.
