Want a cheap PDA with basic features - anyone know which PDA I should get?

I'm looking for a PDA which matches these needs:

1) ROM - I want all my data to be permanent, so if battery goes, my data's fine.

2) Good brightness

3) Decent to-do list, notes function.

4) Calendar function which is easy to browse and allows me to put in lots of info for different days

5) Good battery life

6) touch screen
