Not unless you intend to adopt or use a surrogate.

Most likely it isn't.  Your eggs would have to be removed via surgery because they cannot travel down the fallopian tubes for removal the normal, common way.  Now, I'm no doctor, but I believe even with IVF, the docs have to monitor the growth and development of eggs before they are ready for removal.  It just wouldn't be possible without cutting you open.  That also makes it tricky to collect your eggs for a surrogate.

Adoption is your best choice if you absolutely don't want a reversal.
