Want help in Opening an bank account in tambaram?

i am a student i need to open a bank account in tambaram or its surrounding. i need some one who can introduce to the bank. any bank. i am studying at SRM University.

please do this favour to me.

look for people in your school /college , one of them must be having an account in a nearby bank. I am sure u will get help if u look for it seriously.

If you are 18 years and above, you don't necessarily require any outside introduction to open a savings bank account in your name in a bank nearby your college/residence. Since you are a student at SRM University, you photo Identity card from  the college/University plus a introductory letter from the college/University alongwith the account opening form and initial deposit amount should be enough to open a SB A/c. Banks are obliged to open a SB A/c if you could provide them one photo proof of your ID and one proof of your domicile/residence. Alternatively seek assistance of the office staff of the college/University, where you are a student to introduce you to the bank for opening a SB A/c.

However, if you are still under 18 years of age, you can have an SB a/c under the guardianship of either of your parents/adult family member only.

The idea in insisting on an introduction is that the person should be known to one of the customers. If you do not know any body who can introduce you to the bank, there is no point in soliciting some one from YA. How does any body here know your credentials so as to give introduction to you? Try and find out some one known to you, who can give you a valid introduction.

get a receipt for ur location there. ur hostel fees proof or residential rent proof and ur ID card. then one more thing u dont need a verification sign.. the bank manager will sign it for u if u say him ur situ..
