Want sites providing info,pics,details on SMART HOMES(20 min seminar),need help as i m in civil engineering.?

i need to give a 20 min seminar on this topic.any sites or even information are welcome.better if i get a readymade presentation.even ebooks will work.need not send them just let me know the links,that'll do.basic introduction of the topic n some details.not too hardcore.about 30-40 pages info.but even small info will do.thanx.

If I recall correctly, the Feature portion of the Y! homepage had this several months ago. Try going to the homepage and clicking on the Featured tab, before the Entertainment. You might find a link there. The article showed pictures of the houses, their locations, and their architects.
