Want some help for my teeth?

my teeth's are turning yellow what can i do to make them white????

any home remedies ???

Use a whitening toothpaste and cut out foods like sweets , which may cause the yellowing.

Also , speak to your dentist , as you may have weak enamel etc...

White strips work well, so does brushing or rinsing with peroxide. Teeth darken with age.

-Brush at least twice a day; morning and night.

-I don't know if your dentist ever told you this, but instead of brushing your teeth back and forth, use the brush in a circular motion; I'm not exactly sure why, but I guess it takes the bugs and plaque away better!

-Try to avoid drinking coffee; if you have to, then when possible, brush your teeth afterwords.

-When you can, carry around a travel size toothbrush and toothpaste. Go to the local dollar store, they usually have small sized ones, and they're only a dollar each!

-Buy toothpaste that has baking soda; Arm and Hammer is a good brand.

One thing I recommend NOT doing is buying teeth whitening strips; if you can't afford them, don't even try. They cost a lot, and if you miss one time of putting them on, it defeats the whole purpose of using them! So don't buy anything like that; it's not worth it in the end.

thus mean no sugary foods or anything..

flossing preventa plaque buildup

and those scope drinks..

after a period of time n it is still yellow

try using white strips..
