Hey, I would like to lose 70-100 lbs within the next 3-4 months. I think that is possible. I am 15 years old, gonna turn 16 on Oct. 23. I am 5ft 9in. and i weigh 291 lbs. I think i am at least 70lbs overweight and i would really like to lose that. Please tell me a workout or something too go by.. Also there is a gym nearby which i have access to. I have heard if you work out, you lose weight faster than by running. If that is true, then i would like to do that. Just give me anything like a schedule or something. I get home from school at 3:30 so i hope i gave you guys everything you need. Please Help!
