Want to adopt a child from honduras.?

how do i go about it? I know the kid I want to adopt but the child is not in a foster home.

U cant take a baby from his parents. If he is not in a orphange or foster home than u cant adopt him.

just scoop him up and take him lol just kidding but yea you should try to get in contact with his parents if he doesnt have parents you should go to the honduran government for help

If the parents are wanting you to adopt the children, then you will both need to get lawyers.  Depending on what country you live in, the laws are different.  Make sure you get a good adoption attorney...they will be able to advise you on the process.  They will only charge you $100 if if you just get a consultation to see what your options are.

As it currently stands, no private adoptions are  allowed in Honduras. However, policies regarding eligibility requirements for adoptive parents, residency requirements, and time frame are currently under review by the Honduran Family Court (IHNFA).

if the children are in a specific adoption agency, not necessarly a foster home, then you should be able to adopt them through that agency. however, you still need to look at Honduras's adoption requirements are.
