Want to be a police officer?

well im 15 now well my friend made me smoke i did it 4 a couple months and stop did that s***w every thing up and what classes do u need in high school and im in pathways i dont want to move up cuz im scared i might fail somthing

ok your 15, your gonna wait about 5 1/2 years. just dont do anything else stupid. also make sure you want to do this job take a intro in to CJ and take as meny ride alongs as you can. by the way how can someone make you? you mean they said hey you wanna try? then you said yes.

Depends on where you try to become a police officer.  Your 15 so most departments will look at it like you had enough time between it. In California you have to be 21 to be sworn. Just stay away from drugs and keep clean. In highschool if your school offers law classes take those and definately take Physical education all four years of highschool. After school go to college and get a degree. If your local police have like a explorer or cadet progam try joining that. The one I'm in accepts people at 14 to 21 years old. also go on ride alongs and see if its actually what you wanna do. Good luck
