Want to change language of my computer...?

I cant understand a thing. My computer is completely russianand i want to change language of my computer to english. if anybody says go to " Regional and language options" i cant find it coz i dont understand a thing my computer is saying. So maybe someone couldtell me step-by-step what to do to change my computer completely to english. I very very much appreciate any kind of help. :)
