  1. 1st, click "view" > "text size" > largest".

    if that does not work, go to desktop and right click > then click properties > settings > choose a lower resolution and click ok.

  2. In the menu of internet explorer, View-> Text Size. You can have a button also in the toolbar when you right click and select customize on the IE toolbar.
