  1. You need to make an affidavit and once you get it . You will get more information through lawyer only.

  2. simply go to the court or contact ur lawyer if u have and make an affidavit of new name make sure it should be stamped and attested by the lawyer. In the future where ever u r providing any official documents u will have to attach a copy of this affidavit.

  6. you can go to a notrary advocate and give an signed affadavit and publish in the local news paper to change your name legally.

  7. Just contact a good lawyer and seek his advice . It's quite an easy job . Once done , get all your documents including all certificates of all exams corrected if allowed by the concerned authority. If not , it hardly matters. The correct name once obtained with a judicial process , will take care of everything. Don't worry. It's an easy job. Don't go to inexperienced lawyer please.
