Want to do something crazy for halloween?

My friends and I plan on setting off a grande finale firework left over from the 4th for Halloween at midnight at night.. how much trouble would we get in if caught..

I'm an idiot. When I was 12, I wanted to remove the screen in the window in my room, drill a hole in my roof, hang a pulley off and make a giant garbage bag spider which I would drop down on the trick or treaters. lol.

if your under 18 your parents will get in trouble, but if your over 18 you can be charched for possesion of illigal exploxide it always depends on the judge the longest i been in jail was 8 weeks,

Depending on local laws/regulations, you could be charged with a misdemeanor and fined $500 and get 30 days in jail.  Having a criminal record which will kill your chances of getting a good job.

odds are you wont get into any trouble at all. i dont think anyone will care enough to report you. fireworks are illegal here and everyone still does them on the 4th. but why midnight at night when noones around? do them when the trick r treaters are out. and doing fireworks on halloween just seems weird to me. it doesnt fit the mood.
